This I recently (cause I honestly couldn't get myself in the frame of mind to write my mid-month game review) posted to a certain "Jane's" blog. Last I looked, the comment is awaiting moderation.

So, in case it never is seen there, it's always interesting to exercise other options :

Jane,
Despite the fact that you are not a medical professional, it is commendable that you feel you have "cured" yourself of the various mental illnesses that you state you were diagnosed with.
Cured, unfortunately, can be a subjective term, however, if you genuinely feel you have been cured, then good for you.
"I am pleased to say that the people who comment on my blog posts tend to be on average about twenty years older and twenty IQ points higher than the folks who post on her blog."
If that were the case, I might be inclined to feel at least 65 and have an intelligence quotient that ranged somewhere around 160. Not sure if I'd be particularly pleased with either.
I change the oil in my own car, and feel that I am qualified to do so; however, I do not change or adjust the brakes, though I could probably handle that wish as much ease. I simply fail to see why I should risk working on such an essential piece of gear when a professional (at least by experience) is probably handy.
Another notable piece of "gear" I do not work on or claim any expertise with, is my brain. I've no intention of trying to re-wire it either chemically or through some form of transcendental meditation. Likewise, I wouldn't claim expertise with anyone else's brain or psyche, considering what's going on in there is possibly subjective anyway.
So, a note, don't cast stones. You may feel a stone was cast at you firstly, from either a watcher of your videos, or whomever abused you as a child. Being open to vocal and sometimes satirical criticism is the reward for stepping up on a soapbox, get used to it, vegetables are good for you."

Down with condescension and up with being able to roll with a punch and make fun of ourselves.

BTW, my IQ deficient ass and age challenged self still says if you get a pair of iPanties (I posted the link to the shop) SPVG TOS, EULA, and other silly acronyms requires submission of the commenter wearing them...just them :P

All in fun, Erelas

Erelas,

And with that, you shouted the definition of broad-minded awareness.

If I had even a fraction of your tact, a pinch of your diplomacy or a grain of your eloquence, I'd truly be a richer person.

It's so good to know that humor isn't lost on everyone! Whew!! After all, if you can't laugh at yourself.....

......I'd be happy to do it for you.

;)

How can I be brutal in commenting on the brutality you dished out to this poor lass. I for one, find your sardonic wit and no-bullshit attitude, not only extremely entertaining, but also quite refreshing. Don't change kid. Don't change.
